European Researchers’ Night 2022

Next Friday 30 September 2022, the European Researchers’ Night, in which the Recover project participates, will be held.
In Spain, (Almería) it will take place in the Patio de la Delegación del Gobierno de la Junta de Andalucía and Rambla Federico García Lorca, a European event that will take place simultaneously in more than 350 cities.

A team from the University of Almeria, partner of the project, will carry out the explanations.

Under the title The secret life of waste, graphic material will be used to explain to those interested how the invisible life of waste has an important environmental impact, as well as explaining the activity carried out by micro-organisms of great interest in providing a solution to the accumulation of plastics and generating new products.

In the framework of the European Researchers’ Night, it will be explained how the Recover project is developing the application of these microorganisms through processes such as vermicomposting for the transformation of waste… Come and discover the surprising capabilities of microorganisms.
