58ª Feira Nacional de Agricultura – Workshop about #RECOVER

On June 6th, EntoGreen organized the first Workshop of the RECOVER project.

We  addressed the key issues associated with the sustainability of the agri-food sector and provided basic lessons on the production of the black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) and Tenebrio molitor, including its application in waste treatment.

RECOVER was represented by Maria Jose Lopez Universidad de Almería and Ivã Guidini Lopes, M. Ana and Diogo Palha EntoGreen (Ingredient Odyssey SA) Raul Moral Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.

The RECOVER project aims to find a solution for food plastic, developing solutions based on insects to eliminate them and developing new raw materials.
