TRAINING SESSION – IMPLEMENTATION OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM SCALE ENTERPRISE

Circular Economy is the latest sustainability paradigm. It aims at “closing the loop” through Shared economy, Refurbishing, Recycling, &, Re-use for the benefit of society and the environment. To facilitate the transition from a linear to a circular economy, Mobius Foundation and the Global Institute for Circular Economy & Sustainable Development Goals (ICE&SDGs) have partnered to bring their knowledge and expertise for the unique capacity building initiative on ”Implementation of Circular Economy at Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs), Training of Trainers on Circular Economy (ToTCE)”.
In this context, the RECOVER project coordinator will speak María José López, 15th november, between 8:15 and 9:15 under the title Bio-recycling Routes for Food Packaging and Agricultural Plastic Waste
ICE&SDGs invites registered SMEs and OEMs to make use of this unique opportunity to enhance resource efficiency/ practice resource conservation throughout their supply chain (through their vendors). SMEs and OEMs are also invited to nominate their vendors to attend this training programme to implement Circular Economy tools and strategies to manage their plastic waste effectively and contribute to prevent land and water pollution.
The training programme aims at developing the vision, mission, mindset, thought leadership and skillset among (individuals in) SMEs, for ushering and implementing a circular economy.
